Since Governor Dapo Abiodun declared a two-month free entry period after major renovations, the historic Olumo Rock in Abeokuta has continued to attract large numbers of tourists. The governor had officially commissioned the newly renovated Olumo Rock Tourism Complex. Abiodun had earlier announced that public access to thenewly renovated Olumo Rock Tourism Complex will be free until the end of September 2025. He made the announcement after commissioning the iconic site in July.
